As good a food truck can get, you might think you were eating outside a brick and mortar pizzeria. Fantastic offerings like the Prosciutto Cotta e Funghi (ham & mushroom) and Giardino (vegan capsicum, onion & eggplant) paired beautifully with San Pellegrino sparkling (& flat) beverages make for unforgettable evenings. Always there for a feed though pretty dissatisfied and disappointed this time, can’t go wrong with the speciale pizza though the two panna cottas ($9 each) paid for ahead of the meal weren’t held in reserve and were given away, in turn card machine would not refund and staff at the time were quite flat when they had to give cash back and then recounted the money to give less cash back ($16 instead of $18).

Felt pedantic at that point so left it at that, hoping the owner is present next time as he’s a legend, but understand newer staff have to learn...

We waited over on hour to get our pizza. I noticed the lack of hygiene and flies on pizzas that had been made and waiting for the customers. When I got the pizza it was totally flat. No yeast whatsoever. Cheapest cheese used. Too salty. Much better to eat at Luigi's Pizza on nightcliff jetty on Mondays and Tuesdays. What was served would be more aptly named Italian...
