Really rude and unhelpful. Refused to sell anything to me after I told him up front it was for my cat who I needed to make a small batch of food for from a single protein commonly not used in normal pet food because he's really sick. I was only after a small amount of pork loin and pork fat, but he didn't even want to listen. After him talking over me, I made it clear what I needed again, he still refused even though it was in the counter and I could literally see it. I dont think I was behaving rudely or impolitely or asking for anything...

Hands down, one of the best butchers I have been to in Sydney.
