Zaza Flames Five Dock — Restaurant in Sydney

The food is great for the most part, Chips are not good though very oily and overcooked usually. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that you guys are hardly ever open and I have lost count, the amount of times my order has been canceled after 20 mins on Uber eats. I have even been to the store and ordered and it takes forever to get simple order, Great food just not consistent with opening and very slow service. Thanks for your reply below, I have changed my review to 4 stars as i was annoyed you were not open Friday at 8.30pm and 3 stars was unfair. I will say this, your food is really good the Adana and chicken and lamb shish are very good and the salads a very fresh also. I think my main issue is that you dont seem to open often or be available on food delivery partner sites often, and when you are I order and it gets canceled after 20 30 mins which is very frustrating. Your hours are your own to keep i just think you need to be open longer and more often, then for me would be 5* all the way ;-) You have a better kebab product than every other kebab shop in 10km area by a long way they are always available but its rubbish food, feel like your missing an opportunity cant be just me that loves your kebabs. I had passed by this place several times, not too sure what food they were offering, today I decided to enter, and I'm glad I did! They actually have quite many types, gozleme, charcoal (plates & rolls), kebab (rolls & plates), snack packs, burgers, pizza & pides (Turkish flatbread pizzas)... I was told their gozlemes were popular, especially the spinach & cheese one, so I decided to go for a gozleme, and even make it a spinach & egg (which like the former one includes baby spinach, mozzarella & feta cheese, but also egg then) And I just say it's a very generous one Lots of non alcoholic drinks available too, I went for a Bundaberg pineapple & coconut sparkling drink, loved it Staff is efficient too Free Wi-Fi available You can choose to take out or eat there (seats indoors & outdoors) Recommended! PS: that day I saw they had a sweet gozleme and smoothies, but I was already full. I came back the day after, and had that sweet gozleme (Nutella, strawberries and icing sugar), along with a mixed berry smoothy, and loved them! A great example of a local business that treats their customers with contempt. Their website states that they are open till 9:00pm Mon-Wed and 10:00pm Thurs-Sat when in fact they close at 8:00pm. I found them via google maps searching for a kebab and then went to their website through the provided link. My wife and I then drove 15 minutes to their store on a Friday night, parked the car and walked up at 8:40pm to be greeted by the lights being turned off. I asked the two assistants walking out why they were closing when their website said they were open till 10pm and they said ‘we close early because of covid”. OK, but how about removing the misleading and deceptive info on their website. A good 45 minutes of our time wasted on a Friday night due to their contempt.
