Here is a little bit of customer feedback. I tried to email you directly and also from the Chullora Market place website. Both messages failed to send.

Hi, Firstly I want applaud your customer service. Your staff are friendly and the service is fast - But guys, I really urge you to taste your food.

My partner just purchased 2 take away marinated beef toasted rolls, and we were very disappointed. The beef certainly wasn't marinated but was definitely overcooked and tough to bite. The beef pieces were also far too huge and came out the roll on the first bite. More alarmingly, the whole thing was just devoid of any taste what so ever. The garlic sauce seemed non existent. It was actually so unpleasant to eat that we ended up throwing them out.

I must mention, this is not the first time we have eaten at your establishment, and indeed not the first time we have been disappointed. It's now at the point that we have given your food many chances, but no longer. Unfortunately We will not be returning.

Other items we have tried on your menu include the chicken rolls, Chicken and rice dish, and some very overcooked, dry and charcoaled BBQ chicken portions.

So I urge you, please take the time to taste your own food. I understand that when a business such as yourself turns over as many orders as you do that preparing the food can become a mundane procedure and routine - But for the good of your own establishment think of how your customers perceive your food.

I was a regular customer of Chullora marketplace. I had a motorbike which I used to go shopping with. On that very day I parked my motorbike and gone to shopping and came back and see that my motorbike has fallen down. Upon examining I found that the stand of my motorbike has gone through a hole which existed there before I parked there. The hole was covered with the same material that was used to make the surface of car parking. In short the hole was covered and not visible and there was no sign that I cant park safely on this spot. On coming back I found that my motorbike stand has gone through the hole and fall down on the ground. I was not able to start the motorbike, could not shift the gear, the box which I used to to go shopping was completely destroyed on the fall. I contacted the security of the marketplace, he told me to contact the management of the marketplace which I did. I got the reply that its customers responsibility to park and they are not liable for the damage. But its managements responsibility to put a signage there that it is not safe to park here and preventing any incidents. They cant just cover the hole( which was also not done properly) and say the customer to park over it. This very act has cost me over 2000 dollars out of pocket expenses for renting motorbike and paying the excess for the motorbike which was a write off after the fall!!
