Terrible Experience – Would Never Return
My visit to La Roche was nothing short of awful. The place felt uninviting, the service was extremely slow, and the food was absolutely disgusting. I found a hair in my dish, and when I brought it up, the owner did apologize—but then immediately went back to chatting with others as if nothing happened. There was no real concern or effort to make things right, aside from just swapping the plate.
I ordered the chicken mushroom, which was completely inedible. The chicken was undercooked and even had blood in it—totally unacceptable and unsafe. The restaurant itself was dirty, and to top it all off, they didn’t even have any change when I went to pay, which says a lot about how little business they must be doing.
Overall, it was a deeply unpleasant experience from start to finish. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered the tawouk, and it was far from the quality I anticipated. The chicken was undercooked, which was concerning in itself, but to make matters worse, it had an odd, crunchy texture. I can't say for certain why it was like that, but it was an unpleasant surprise.
Even after eating, both my companions and I started to feel uneasy in our stomachs, which only added to the disappointment. It's always a bit worrying when food leaves you with a bad feeling afterward, and it’s safe to say we won’t be returning for a while.

Read moreLa Roche Chullora gave me an experience that went far beyond just dining. The moment I sat down, the vibe was immaculate warm, inviting, and beautifully thought out. The architecture and design instantly reminded me of Lebanon, with an atmosphere that carried so much authenticity and charm.
The food was the real heart of it all. Every bite made me feel like I was back at my Tayte’s in Lebanon full of flavour, comfort, and love. The dishes were fresh, generous, and cooked with a depth that can only come from passion and tradition. It wasn’t just food, it was memory and heritage brought to life.
The restaurant itself was spotless, everything polished and perfectly kept. You could see the pride in every corner of the room. And the service was nothing short of exceptional attentive, kind, and genuine. The staff made sure the whole experience flowed effortlessly, adding to that feeling of being truly looked after.
La Roche is more than a restaurant it’s a place that connects you to culture, warmth, and incredible flavours. Between the immaculate vibe, the Lebanese-inspired setting, and food that felt like home, it’s easily one of the best dining experiences...
