A well spaced area with a decent variety of top rope lead and boulder problems. Friendly and accommodating staff were always accessible and approachable.
I gave 4 and not 5 for two reasons.
I found the grading system(out of 10) a bit confusing. I felt comfortable onsighting some grade 7's whilst others felt unachieveable. Also a 3 and a 5 on the same autobelay felt about the same difficulty. I was wondering why the Ewbank was not used?
Secondly was the lead climbing. Great setup with clips close to each other during climbing (I felt safe). I would suggest prior notice about the 24-hr failure rule during lead-belay assessments. I failed my gri gri belaying and was unable to attempt a gri gri assessment again for 24hr (so I can practise and improve, which makes sense and I agree with). Fortunately, Steve (the legend), allowed me to have a go with the ATC belaying assessment (we had both devices) I passed and was able to lead climb. I was lucky Steve had the time to assess both options, but if he hadn't I would have been unable to lead climb. If the rule is normally a one attempt only a day, then I would have used the ATC first up so I would have known I could still have climbed...

Good boulders for all levels and the top roping and lead climbing is epic, everyone who works there is always smiley and friendly and really seems to know their stuff.
The social atmosphere is great and you will 100% make friends at this gym, just by standing around I have already met 12 people, 9 of whom I will write into my will when I pass away due to a daredevil related injury but that is neither here nor now - it will be later at 2134 when I intend to die.
There are four auto belays which means if you’re lonely - like me through my mid 20’s - you can still challenge yourself.
Good for kids, good for pros, good for intermediates, good for Michael Jordan I would assume. U don’t really think about it but I reckon a couple of athletes would like this climbing gym if they climbed.

My only complaint is more based around there being no control to stop 'non-staff experts' from walking around trying to tell you how to do things.
The staff were lovely and taught us one way to do things, but there was this older female couple that kept coming over and telling my wife and I to keep one hand on the metal (to move the lock down) and one and on the rope. The staff would come over and correct us and say up to the chin and slide hand down, then after the staff left the ladies would come back and tell us it's safer to hold the metal. I would tell them that I'm only listening to the staff, and they would go on about how they knew more blah blah blah. If you're such and expert go to the grand canyon or something mate, and leave the families alone. The staff...
