A frustratingly bad experience 😔

I really don't know how much skill or ability to communicate the Top Stylists have (even between each other).

I was passed back and forth between Akane and Yuko (I think? they never introduced themselves).

Akane wasn't the one who I did the initial consultation with and didn't pick up just visually after washing my hair that it's curly and went in with rough drying on full blast with a cheap looking hairdryer and not a drop of styling cream or heat protection. When I told her my hair is permed and I usually use a diffuser she seemed shocked (?) yet didn't stop and continued to dry in a manner that flattened and created major frizz.

There is no time management. We started 20min late. I was never meant to be dry cut but Yuko left multiple times to attend to other clients so the answer was apparently to dry my hair first and cut last. She seemed to forget my color curing and I had to call her back myself after being 10min over time. Multiple times I asked if we were doing ok for time (I couldn't leave late), she always said yes. In the end... We ran out of time. I both had to stop her because she was doing too much damage with the cut and because I had to leave.

The flustered and thoughtless cut: I asked for more layers, more of a V shape, and a sweeping fringe. I got a too short fringe I literally had to stop her from cutting into more. She never sectioned any part of my hair during cutting. My hair is long and was rough and frizzy by this time from the drying and you couldn't even see how the curls sat, and she just took random sections with a comb (couldn't always get through the tangles), cut some ends, and thinned others. Thinning is always the lazy way (thick hair girls know). I really could see no method at all. She then tried to blow dry my hair more and use a curling iron to bring back any look of texture.

Don’t go or at least don’t go for Akane who is very unprofessional without any technics of hair cutting. No idea how she became so called top stylist and charges 75.

Firstly, I waited for her 45mins over the appointment time to start, then after hair washing without dry she left to serve other customers, and let me wait another 10 mins further.

Secondly, very disappointed with the result, while cutting, no communications regarding length or any details at all, she just cut in silence without any intention to satisfy customers, and was very reluctant to follow my thoughts.

I followed them in IG for a while, and waited for the appointment for 2 weeks, took 1hour to come from my home, never thought it would be such an awful experience.

Never ever come again! Wish all...

I can say that the hairdressers here are more than professionals, thinking not only about business but also about the future health of your hair. In other words, your hair will remain healthy and undamaged when you receive advice from a hairstylist. My hairdresser, Sena, is very nice. I have been her regular customer for 7-8 years and my hair has never been damaged. Every time I come back from the salon, my husband finds a new wife who is beautiful and always pleasing to him.
