Absolutely appalling customer service. I asked the owner if the food in the window were falafels as they looked burnt and small and he belittled me by saying ofcourse they are. “Have you ever had falafels before” and said I was too picky and he won’t serve me. He then continued to question me because I asked him if they were going to be warm. He repeatedly said where have you had falafels before and when were they ever warm? They have always been warm every time I’ve had them. He then said he microwaves them. Which is all I wanted to know. He basically made a whole scene and put words in my mouth saying. “I think he doesn’t work hard” when I said no such think. When I decided to walk away from the situation. He started complaining about me to other customers which is absolutely rude and unprofessional. He compared me to a customer that asked him if the fish were male and female.how is it even the same thing? Absolutely disgusted at how he treated a customer who wanted to know about the food she was going to put into her body. I will be never be...
Read moreThe epitome of a good local khebab shop. Well salted chips and greasy meat at a low price, can't really ask for anything more.
Don't know how this Life4tunes fpv guy became a local guide. Clearly doesn't know the landscape of khebab shops and has lost touch with the common man. "would have been better to eat a bloody good meat pie"? Sure mate, may as well just go to la porchetta while you're at it.
If you think a khebab shop is about the food then you aren't a true blue Aussie. Your local khebab shop is an experience, the food leaves you feeling ill for days after, the shop is in desperate need of a clean and the staff will spit on you if you annoy them even slightly.
I love you Local Chicken and Khebab shops...
Read moreWe just ordered a kebab and a chicken burger and both were hands down the worst food I’ve ever purchased!! The kebab was tiny, barely any meat in it and full of lettuce, not toasted, and was finished in 3 bites. Smallest ordinary kebab, no flavour and empty.
Then the chicken burger had a tiny piece of chicken in it, two small bites worth, I asked for cheese and was charged extra for it but it didn’t even cover half the burger. Smallest burger I’ve ever eaten!! Terrible. I never leave reviews but don’t want anyone to waste their money on getting very little for the big cost at this place! Will never return. It cost $27 for both these tiny bits of food and two drinks. Totally disappointed....
