From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and positive energy. The staff are not only friendly and professional, but genuinely engaged with the kids and clearly love what they do. They make an effort to build rapport, which really helps create a safe and encouraging environment.
My children attend Ninja Academy sessions, and we couldn’t be happier with the program. The coaches are supportive, encouraging, and know how to bring out the best in each child. The sessions are structured yet fun, and we’ve noticed such a positive change in our both of our son’s (aged 6 and 8) confidence, focus, and physical skills since we started over 9 months ago. The way the Academy builds resilience, perseverance, and self-esteem in a non-competitive, inclusive way is something truly special.
We also recently hosted our youngest son's 6th birthday party here, and it was fantastic! We had children ranging in age from 1 to 12 attending, and every single one of them had a blast. The team were so organised and accommodating, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for us as parents too. The activities were well-paced, inclusive, and fun for all ages — it was honestly one of the best party experiences we've ever had.
The facilitie is well-organised, and thoughtfully designed. The obstacle courses are challenging, fun, and adaptable for all skill levels — whether your child is a beginner or more advanced, there’s something for everyone. (Even the adults!!) My kids are always excited to come here and never want to leave!!
If you're looking for a place that inspires kids to move, grow, and thrive in a supportive, high-energy environment — both for regular classes and special events — I couldn’t recommend Ninja Parc South Granville more. Thank you for...
Read moreSuch a Disappointment I took my daughter there today, Sunday, it was very quiet which was perfect as she hadn't been there before. The supposed Ninja rangers who are there to help, dont, they stood around doing nothing other than playing on the equipment and provided no assistance.
It is completely Unprofessional, I was begrudgingly provided access to the play area to help my daughter with the challenges. The Manager on duty was more concerned that I was trying to get into the challenges area for free. I cant believe how badly run this is, the manager watch his staff stand around doing nothing or scrolling on there phones while I showed my daughter how to use the equipment. I cant see this place lasting long, which is a shame as if it was run by people who had a clue what they were doing i'm sure it would do well.
I can't convey just how badly run this place is, and a message to the Ninja Parc, don't bother leaving a response here as you like to do to pretend your interested. You weren't interested in us when we were there so your fake interest now means nothing.
Update: I am grateful you didnt charge me a $5 fee for doing your staff's job. I stand by my comments, your staff were on there mobiles in the play area, and only interested in messing around on the equipment, it was not busy, there was one party group supervised by a staff member. my daughter was the only other "customer" in the play area. Aiso the staff member behind the front desk was on...
Read moreWe went there to play today. The staff were very responsible and friendly. If you’re planning to hold a birthday party here, the overall experience should be very good. But I would like to share something that happened to us today. While my daughter was playing, a group of older boys from a party suddenly came charging through, yelling loudly under the guidance of a coach. As a six-year-old girl, my daughter didn’t understand that they were doing a group activity. She only saw a group of big boys charging towards her, shouting loudly. She got very frightened, jumped down, and started crying badly. There’s nothing wrong with having group activities during a party, but it would be great if nearby children and parents could be informed in advance. We spoke with the coach at the time, and he was very responsible—he came over to let us know that there would be similar activities again and hoped my daughter wouldn’t get scared. It was very thoughtful. Thank you. Hope other parents can also be mindful of similar situations and remind...
