No professionalism whatsoever. 2 things. We are return customers. We were there at 11:55 for our 12 pm session. Late for the first time out of 10 sessions. Weāve done numerous safety briefings previously, including yesterday (literally less than 24 hours ago).
I understand the safety briefing is important. We were there at 11:55 am, they didnāt let us into the session. I said we could do the safety briefing as soon as they get a chance and then go in, I know it would just take 5 minutes 1-1 to go over things without the playfulness of getting kids attentions.
The lady, apparently her daughter built this place (how irrelevant, just on an ego trip), didnāt let us in. She wouldnāt give us a refund either.
Double standards! Even yesterday at our session a person came in at 55 past and they let her in. Very bad customer service, but whatever, they clearly donāt care for their regulars.
I wasnāt even going to comment on previous experiences but I might as well now.
You pay for an hour session, sometimes the previous session isnāt let out until later so by the time you start your session itās 5 past. Then they want you to leave your session sooner so itās 55 past. 10 minutes of your time and money to waste.
Weāve lost like 30 minutes worth of money this way in our previous sessions.
Iāll be continuing to ask for a refund and bugging them, cause I certainly do not care about supporting a business that doesnāt value its regulars and has no common sense!

Poor management some of the staff were rude and the manager definitely wasnt any better and made the situation worse they don't no how to deal with a simple situation and because of this they made a few kids cry and to top it off the child's whose birthday party it was ended up in tears. Well done and I hope you are all proud of yourselves for achieving such an accomplishment another āāāāā achievement I wish I had read the reviews before I booked I'm hoping people read the reviews before they book because funny enough there are so many other people who have had the same experiences Don't believe me read for yourself.
You can comment/write back whatever you want to defend yourself but the bottom line is a customer walks in to any place like this pays to have fun and get what they pay for and a situation ONLY ever ends up like this when poor management and pride gets in the way, thinking your above and better than your customers, definitely resolving the situation was not your plan.
Thank you for charging me over $600 ruining our party and at no stage even apologise or help the situation. I hope you spend the money wisely on teaching...

We booked for my 5yr old, 7yr old and husband to climb (with the intention for me to supervise the 5yr old) On arrival we were advised that I could not supervise as I had my 3yr old child with me- which is understandable. I said to my husband to take my 5yr old to a session to supervise and then go to the next session with the 7yr old and climb together. The lady at the desk overheard and said no thats overcomplicating things, we cant swap out during a session and we had been refunded already for my husband. Extremely rude and did not listen to anything I was saying. I explained if I walk out now with 1 kid for my husband to climb and then come back when they are finished and he then supervises my 5yr old what is the problem. She said I am just complicating things. Very unprofessional and uneducated- clearly had no understanding of why that would have been fine and we weren't breaking any of there rules š
