Edited 20 March 2024: I have updated from 3 stars to 5 stars because all the issues I previously identified were fixed by management when I went last week. We had a great time now that the play centre is fully functioning and well maintained again. We will be back. Thank you :)

Original 3 star review from Feb 2024: My 3 year old loves lollipops and I find it a great easy activity to take him to with his 11 month old sister.

However, only giving 3 stars as a little disappointed with our last 2 visits in January and February this year. The first time none of the guns or the air blasting things on the floor in the ball shooting zone were working. The last time 2/6 guns were working but nothing working on the floor. Also there were no foam balls until we found them buried in the ball pit (and we were there at opening so looks like the staff didn’t bother to reset the play centre overnight).

The ball shooting zone is half the play maze so if that’s out of action the amount of things to do for the kids is really reduced!

Also, in the baby/toddler zone the water slide wasn’t on so it just looked kind of gross.

I loved coming here with my daughter and have been every 2-3 weeks for 2 years. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at the management for not being more accommodating when I had pre-paid and come to the Sonic the hedgehog disco on Friday 26th July. I am 37 weeks pregnant and severally anaphylaxis to latex/balloons. There was no advertising that balloons would be present so I was caught off guard once inside. We had arrived 10minutes early to the event and told management of the situation straight away. He made no effort to put them in a exclusion area which there are several and the children started popping the balloons 5mins after arrival which put me at high risk of going into anaphylaxis and putting not only myself but my unborn child at risk. First time visiting this centre today and it'll be our last. The ladies bathroom was filthy and when sitting on the floor of the under 3 year olds area I could see through the netting that there was clumps of dirty fluff and other rubbish. Yes it couldn't be reached by the kids but it's not a great look. The babies area was also very small and underwhelming. A particular staff member (blonde hair and glasses) working there needs a crash course in customer service. Perhaps don't swear in front of customers and when handling a complaint (took them over 30 minutes to make my ice coffee because it was forgotten about) don't pull a face of annoyance. All the staff in general looked like they rather be anywhere else and there was greeting when arriving and certainly no "bye thanks for visiting" when leaving. If I could give no...
