I feel Sad, for the 4 Young Staff today. All ready, to serve at the tills, while the Manager, was ranting over a shoplifter, that I guess, was a little hungry. Saying that there, should be one day a Month, where shoplifters can be shot.

Evil comes, attacks Evil souls, evil Managers. I was the only customer, in store. 4 Staff plus him. Guess what, 2 of thoes Staff, probably don't need to be there today. Profits, come from knowing the Staff needed.

What he has done, once again, has lost Years of profit from me, and hopefully other's who read this.

Yes, specials were not priced once again. The Milk, I keep asking to be stocked, hasn't been offered for sale. Farmhouse Gold, unhomogenated. While Farmhouse gold homogenised, is nearly out of date. Not selling.

But, most of all, he is teaching the Staff to hate, be angry, to not show compassion and empathy. Managers, are supposed to build great Human's.

New shop layout is nice, but there is so much stock that’s out of date. Not just fresh produce like meats, cheese, juice etc. But even bars of chocolate, 1.25l bottles of coke, things you wouldn’t expect to have to check if they’re okay to consume.

On top of that, their refrigeration of perishable goods isn’t up to scratch, rotting meats that are still in date, grey, smelly, packages expanding from rot. Have spoken to staff about it but the stock is still on the shelf upon the next visit. Have seen perishables on sale more than a week past expiry with visible degradation.

Such a shame as the store is so close...

Absolutely disgusting. Almost everything I needed was expired, and close to use by date. I told the guy on cashiers who didn’t care and just replied with ok. While I was there he was on the phone chatting with someone. Just remember guys, if your customers are not happy you will not be getting customers. From now on, I will be walking to Northlands even if I need one thing. Atleast I get recognition from the guys at Cole’s. Such a shame as this IGA use to be good and was...
