Tiffinz Chats and Curries — Restaurant in Western Australia

Utterly disappointed with the way the business is being conducted in this restaurant. Firstly, the lady in the counter didn’t give us the time to look at the menu properly and asked us to order right away. We asked for few minutes to go through the menu, and she went back in the kitchen uttering complaints about us. Secondly, they offered no cutleries and water. We had to fetch it from the counter ourselves. It wasn’t even the closing hour, it was around 11:15 when she told us to finish our meal. If they were so into closing early they should reflect it on the opening and closing hours. THIRDLY most important, when we asked for take away containers, she gave it but it was a used one and had rice on it. So I urge the food inspector to do a proper sanitation check. If they had the audacity to give a used container, they would probably not be washing the dishes as well. Whoever the owner is, please look into your poor customer service. Customer service:-》 Fully professional , always greet with smile and dealing each customer as a special customer (i noticed in shop when waiting for my takeaway order)

Price: -》Very reasonable . I must say as per the food which is always fresh , well presented and tastee yummyy would love to pay extra even prices go up.

I normally go and get takeaway aftwr my work which ia always good and had dine -in and delivery experience too.which is awesome and get complimentary items as well .
