No word: dishonest and arrogant. My son broke the front gearbox: we arrived at the store and asked several times if they could remove the gearbox in order to be able to use the bike only with the rear gearbox. They replied that it was not possible and they offered us to rent one of their bikes. The rental days were five and they calculated six: my son had to point this out to him. The payment was made by credit card. When my husband also arrived in the store he insisted and when the broked gearbox was removed and he showed him that the bike was absolutely usable, instead of apologizing they were resentful and annoyed. We asked for a refund of what we paid for the rental days (90 euros) and at first they wanted to give us only a voucher of 20 euros. After several discussions they gave us back only 50 euros in cash because they lost half an hour with us. Ah .. I forgot the broken gearbox: they gave it to us and told: this is yours! In anycase we have done 220 km and our bike works well!
Nothing funny just dishonest and unfair behavior. I just told what happened. Maybe it's you who don't understand or pretend not to understand....

Oke maybe for a relaxed city tour but not for steep mountain tracks. I was not satisfied after the ride at all. But the shop offered me another day rental for free to compensate, which was a very friendly offer. Two days later we went again and the shop gave us 2 high end e-mtb's. We had a top ride!
