Disappointing experience during our visit to Bravo Supermarket on 20th May at around 3:30 PM (local time).
The staff member at the counter was unfortunately unable to communicate in English, and more concerningly, her behavior was extremely rude and unhelpful. Rather than attempting to assist or find someone who could, she appeared frustrated and dismissive, which made the experience quite unpleasant.
We understand that language barriers can occur, but basic courtesy and a willingness to help go a long way in customer service. It would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure that frontline staff are either able to communicate in English or are trained to handle such situations with more patience and professionalism.
