My experience with Bahamas Exquisite Transfer Tours was outstanding, superb and terrific. I was given professional, excellent, extraordinary, first class service. This company goes beyond the call of duty. Bahamas Exquisite Transfer Tours lives up to their name. When I wanted to get to my aunt's funeral and needed a ride "last minute" I didn't know who to call. I begun to get frustrated and started to cry. I didn't have a telephone directory but my cellular phone. Through my tears, frustration and getting choked up, I went online with my phone. I typed in taxi and limo's service and this company's name came up in the search engine. I wrote their number on a piece of paper and dialed the number. Efficiently a lady, one of the workers answer very warmly. Still crying and choked up I explained my situation to her. She went beyond the call of duty and came to pick me up from my home. She arrived within minutes to get me from my location. When I saw the vehicle and the price I was paying at the time this lady took pictures of me in the front of the vehicle and in the vehicle.upon my request. This moment was priceless. Thanks so much for lightening the load of what I was going through. From my home to the church was busy and in the height of traffic. I was quite impressed with how clean, immaculate and comfortable this vehicle was. The air conditioning was working very well because, I was sweating a lot before I left home. By the time I was dropped off to my destination, I was cool and most importantly on time. What was so remarkable and impressive was when I arrived at the church she took more photos of me outside the church and inside the church. This lady went beyond the call of duty. First class - white glove treatment! Professional and punctual. Our group of 4 came to the Bahamas to celebrate a birthday but knew very little about what to do on the island. We were so blessed to be randomly assigned Philip when we requested an SUV for transportation at the airport. He was dressed so sharp and had the utmost professionalism. The vehicle was impecable and extremely comfortable (one of us is about 6’3). We felt like celebrities our whole ride as he told us all about the island, important landmarks and history about the resorts and things to do! He waited during our check in and took us for a bite to eat at a local spot. There his wife Shernal picked us up to take us to the Ocean Club. Shernal is absolutely charming and classy, but even more so, was well known by name at all the exclusive places we visited in the island. She recommended everything from 5 star restaurants to the tourist attractions actually worth seeing. They were unbelievably punctual - always early to pick us up - we never waited. They were our transportation the entire trip. We would be out until midnight or later for dinner and thats also a time you really need punctual and trusted transportation. They were always there without question.

My husband and I went to the Bahamas to celebrate our anniversary. This was our second time on the island, the first time was on a cruise ship. I searched online for a transportation service that offered round trip to and from the airport and found Bahamas Exquisite. Our flight information changed several times before our arrival. Shernal texted me to confirm our arrival time and was there to greet us. She showed up in a clean Suburban SUV, helped with bags and made us feel extra special.
