KFC Marathon Rd. — Restaurant in New Providence

Y'all gotta do better and train the staff on how to view online orders on the board. Seems only the manager knows, she was very pleasant and FAST! Why have up a sign that says prepaid orders but staff is telling me I have to wait on that long line. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I told them I didn't have to the previous time because the manager knew the process. The big sign at the entrace saying order online yet the staff are clueless. Can't even pick up an online order by drive thru cause the board for it is inside and no one wants to move to view it so persons who are suppose to be in quarantine will definitely come inside. I'm only giving one star cause the manager and a plus size line staff lady were so very pleasant. Everyone else's attitudes sucked except for the elderly lady. Some of them don't like their jobs and taking it...

Kfc Prince Charles is slow and the employees are unprofessional with horrible customer service. I ordered an 8pc but when I got home I noticed it was only 6pc in the box. I called and explained it to the manager and she told me to come back the following day. I went back and the young lady at the window was upset and wanted to know who served me and treated me as if I made the mistake and not them. She then proceeded to give me the 2 pc in a torn box without a bag. When I asked for the bag she rested the box on the window and walked away. I checked the box upon leaving the drive thru and in true kfc fashion they gave me the wrong pcs😮‍💨 This was an overall nasty experience and I will not be visiting...

If your use to KFC then this place is very normal. Food quality and quantities are the same you would expect at any of its other location. This location tends to be busy during the holidays as it is near a main mall. However service time is quick. If you are going there near to closing time, meaning at least 1 hr near to that time, then be mindful that most items will be sold out and some times the only option left to order is the manager specials. Customer service is of good quality. Staff are usually nice and willing to assist...
