The food and atmosphere were good. It was so good that I would have never imagined the level of service I received. In all honesty, half of the party was like 30 minutes late but at 10:30 pm, for a dinner that started at 8 pm, I was still waiting for my food. Our server, Brandon, was nowhere to be seen most of the time, and the person was only serving one table. Additionally, the jokes at the table while taking the order were a bit strong, I wouldn't even mention what was said, trust me. I was so annoyed, upset, hungry...I have never experienced anything like this before. The server had the nerve to be giving an attitude or making it seem as though we were being difficult. The only reason they are getting a two star đ is because of the other staff, they were so nice...the bartender Isaac was so gracious when he saw what was happening he came over and served our drinks order that was there waiting. Another two serves came over and helped as well; they offer drinks, extra bread for the table, shots... but the wait time and everything else that happened was way beyond repairing. When our original server returned, he brought me mashed potato instead of peas and rice. And when i asked for peas and rice, he gave me like the 'oh really' look. It wasn't that difficult because we sat their and was patient, raised no alarms and just waited and if we wanted something we tried to ask someone for help. And the person who were apart of my dinner party had a early next day, so i understood why they couldnt wait any longer else we would have left the restaurant after their closing hours as at that point we were the only customers in the restaurant. In the end, didn't even get a birthday song as requested, half of my party had to take their meal to go, and then the server ended up charging us for items that were supposed to be given to us gratis for the poor service.
I will never go back to Prime One, not even if they gave me a free meal. Nice ambiance, food is good but horrible,...
Read moreI took my husband to Prime One Steakhouse for his birthday, and let me just sayâŠWOW! He is very hard to please, but he was absolutely blown away from start to finish. This place exceeded every expectation.
The food and drinks were phenomenal from the perfectly cooked steak to the handcrafted cocktails, every bite and sip was divine. OMG the crab cakes were a MUST! The presentation was elegant, and the flavors were rich and unforgettable.
The ambience was perfect for date night⊠romantic lighting, upscale décor, and just the right vibe to make the evening feel extra special. We truly felt like we were in a hidden gem made for couples looking to enjoy a beautiful evening out.
Our waitress, Jessica, was amazing! Her attention to detail, warm personality, and knowledge of the menu made our experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and she played a huge role in making my husbandâs birthday dinner so memorable.
Prime One Steakhouse is officially our new favorite! If youâre looking for a place to impress even the picky ones⊠this is it. 10 out of 10....
Read moreOnly one server was there in the restaurant to greet, serve, bartend, place orders etc. The Staff was stretched way too thin which ruined the atmosphere and ambiance of the experience.
Food was way too salty. Johnny cake was not ready when stew conch came out which was fine but disappointing.
Drinks were made by server who claimed that she "doesn't drink alcohol so she doesn't know how the cocktail is supposed to taste." She tasted my cocktail with her own straw which is very unsanitary. However the drinks should be made by an actual bartender instead of servers so I do not blame her for this.
The cigars that they offer was not able to be purchased. Once we walked up the stairs the server remembered that the owner did not leave her with the key so we were unable to purchase the cigars.
Once we received the bill the server asked if we wanted to add a tip before she put the transaction in. We said no. She made a joke to say "it's okay you don't have to" . When asking for a tip you should allow the guests to decide whether they would like to leave a tip instead of asking the...
