We were a group of 7 friends and not until the end of the meal were we told that the restaurant was cashless ( there is a sign at the bar but we went right to our table and didnāt notice it) and more inconveniently, only 3 credit cards are accepted per table . We were told by the manager , Moral Adderley, that we should do bank transfers to each other as the āsystemā would only allow 3 credit cards, and āthe managementā put this policy into effect. They were not able to do individual checks for a table either. Beside one other table of two who ate and left quickly, we were the only customers in the restaurant tonight. The payment difficulties really put a damper on what was otherwise a lovely meal. All of us agreed we would not come back due to this lack of customer service. We are all locals and are frequent diners around Nassau. Almost all of us had been to the restaurant before but not with a large group so none of us had experienced the 3 credit card rule as we had come in smaller groups so more than 3 credit cards were not needed. It is sad that this review ended up being about payment issues and not about the food, which was delicious. The appetizers were brought out after the main course and the sides for the grilled items were brought out at least 10 minutes before the protein were brought out for the grill. The non-grill meals were also brought out at least 10 minutes before the proteins for those that were grilling which made for an awkward table with half of the people trying to decide whether to eat their hot food or wait for everyone to be served. The server forgot to turn on the smoke vent when the grill was delivered to the table and the restaurant began filling with smoke as soon as we started grilling, but she quickly realized her mistake and turned...

Was craving Tteokbokki. This place came up on my google search. Husband & I was excited to try this place. Love the aesthetic of the restaurant. Every dish was flavorful and delicious. We had the bulgogi beef lunch plate and bulgogi rolls. Tteokbokki "stir-fried rice cakes" is my go to. Our server for lunch was friendly with a lovely smile. A great job at attending. I didnāt get her name but we were there June 30 at 1:40pm for lunch.

Before she walked away our friend asked what are the options. Few minutes into the second round of beer we see a staff walking from next door restaurant with a 4 back Asahi and was served to a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy experience was not a very good one from we arrived until we left. Upon arrival we had to wait despite having a reservation we were seated ask what we wanted to drink. When ordering our drinks on a Saturday night we were told we couldnāt get certain drinks because the bar tender was to the other location that was busier. We then had to move to a different table. Thirdly, we finally received our food we had to keep asking the waitress multiple times for items like utensils napkins etc to be brought to our table as she kept forgetting. We did not receive part of our order upon closing time and was told the chef had already left when I demanded to speak to a manager there was none available. Our server then went outside to speak with management and ask if we wanted desert we politely declined as she went into the back and several minutes later brought our completed order. I will not recommend simple because the service was horrible though the food...
