Kyma Seafood Grill was a spontaneous discussion and it was worth every second and every penny spent. From the warmth greeting at the door to the friendly 'see you later' made me feel right at home. The food and beverage items are of 5 star quality and are all made with fresh organic ingredients that will take your food pallets on a journey wanting more. Kudos to the Chefs and Bartenders! The biggest and must memorable highlight for me was my waiter, MULIQUE. MULIQUE is well polished and he provides exceptional service at its best! He hit every sequence of service standard, he recommended all 7 of my dishes with keeping me in mind, he pre- bussed my table along with his busser and offered me beverages before my glasses were empty. He bind professional and brief conversations that didn't interfere with my meals or personal space. To be honest, he does this all in a timely manner effortlessly. MULIQUE IS A NATURAL AT WHAT HE DO. The lady/ owner also stopped by and touched my table, what a true example of a leader and there were other wait staff members displaying team- work... I highly recommend KYMA restaurant to the world because you will not be disappointed. Thank you so KYMA family!! I will most...
Read moreThe grilled octopus was nothing short of spectacular! Perfectly charred on the outside yet tender and juicy with every bite. The briny kick of the thinly sliced olives added just the right burst of flavor, beautifully complementing the creamy, velvety bed of hummus beneath it. If I could give this dish more than five stars, I would! The grilled octopi's dumplings are nothing short of extraordinaryâperfectly tender inside with a light char that adds just the right touch of smokiness. Each bite bursts with flavor, balanced beautifully by the creamy, spiced guacamole that serves as the bed. The guacamole is rich, velvety, and carries just enough heat to complement the ocean-fresh taste of the octopus. Together, itâs a harmony of textures and flavorsâcrispy yet smooth, savory with a hint of spice. Truly a masterpiece on the plate and a must-try for anyone who loves adventurous, elevated cuisine. Each element came together like a masterpiece â smoky, savory, and absolutely unforgettable. This is not just a dish; itâs an experience worth coming back for...
Read moreREALLY wanted to like this place, but we did not. Maybe we just ordered the "wrong" things. But the bill ended up being well over $100 for fish sticks (yes, they looked like the kind in the frozen section at the grocery store) and some chicken strips (which were the worst I've ever had, and I am a chicken-strip connoisseur). They were so bland. I almost thought they had gone bad. :( Was really looking forward to this place. Also, if I recall they charge $12 for a bottle of Fiji water which is crazy. Drinks were also expensive and they add a tip automatically to your bill. I always like to tip on top of that though... so price adds UP QUICK here, and they also ask for a tip on top of the tip that's already included in the price. And this was the worst food we had in all of Nassau during our stay. Sad considering we had heard such great things! Again, maybe we should have ordered something else. But man... how do you mess up chicken strips! Disappointing...
