We had a wonderful experience at Sushi Rokkan at Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport! Traveling with kids can be challenging, but the staff here went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They were so kind and patient with our little ones, offering kid-friendly options and even engaging them with smiles and small talk, which made the meal stress-free. The food was fantastic! The sushi was fresh and beautifully prepared, with vibrant flavors that hit all the right spots. The soup was a standout—warm, comforting, and perfectly seasoned, it was a hit with both adults and kids. We also loved the variety of dishes, from classic rolls to hearty noodle bowls, all made with high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect meal to enjoy before our flight. The worst customer services iv ever experienced that way I never eat at the restaurant and im just making take away orders! This is the only sushi next to my place and that is the only reason im still ordering there. Usally it takes 35 min to make the order , few days ago i made a big order on the phone , at the and of the conservative the guy told me its gonna take an hour, i said ok and less then a minute after I called again to cancel it because I realized its gonna take to long , the guy on the phone said ok and shut the phone without letting me say nothing. Yesterday I called again to make an order and after i gave my details they told me that I need to pay for the order i made last week and cancel bay saying that i never came to collect my order , i explain them again that i calld to cancel it less then a minute after and there is no way that they even started to make the order before I called again. If I could choose 0 star I would. Tonight was truly disappointing. After calling 2 hours before and waiting for a call back that I never received, I drove 20 minutes there only to find out that they had given my food to another customer. The customer returned the food in my presence and said that the food had been transported back and forth for at least 15 minutes. Upon receiving the returned order (which was mine), the restaurant manager swapped the food out and place them in new packaging and expected me to receive it as such for full price.
