So The Fitness Connection Bahamas I purchased new tub of protein powder for $150. Opened the seal and noticed there was a strange webbing consistency and the powder looked strange so I said "yeah maybe she manufacturer using some new formula to save money" fast forward using the product I noticed there I was moth of some sort in the powder so I removed it thinking it flew in there when I opened it. Fast forward a week later I see another moth like creature in the powder WITH what looks like a hatched egg carcass. That is where concerns was raised and why I saw this weird webbing consistency within the powder when I first opened it.

So took a trip to fitness connection and explained the issue with them and their manager and was told "the moth might have flew in there and laid eggs". Didn't know it takes 7 days for a moth to lay eggs, make webbing, hatched and fully form into moths but anyway. The solution is to give me 25% off discount for a $150 tub. So that's basically $112 for the potential of another contaminated product. Normally, in that circumstance, you get a new product free of charge cause of the contamination, but I even decided to be reasonable and ask if I could at least spend $80 on just in case I come across another contaminated product. But was told "25% is all what could be done."

So I won't be taking my business back there. Not to say they sell bad products because everyone has issues like that, and I normally buy products from them because how good the quality of the products are, but the way they handled the severity of the complaint is what get me to...
