Went in with a motorbike, which is not allowed. Therefor I could not get through the gate, and out again. The entry way is a oneway street where you can do 60 or 80, so I could not go out there. Now I understand I messed up, but I rang the bell, and the staff told me they were on the way. After waiting for around 30 minutes, a local friendly Belgian person spoke to the staff over the "gate" phone, and they told him, they were not coming, because I was not allowed to go in. Safe, spacious, clean and perfect for big cars (SUV, pickup). Cheap.

We made an online reservation (holiday season!) and had an easy ride to the super well organized interior (green/red light system; numbered slots; each perimeter identified by animal logo). Just 10 min walking from the historical center.

At the end our QR code did not work and asked for help at the customer office. Super friendly, easy-going staff that solved our problem quickly.

Absolutely recommend parking here instead of giving yourself a headache driving the busy and mostly already occupied-by-cars...
