Extremely disappointed. In the shop some chocolates already had a white cover on them and they didn’t taste fresh at all after trying them at home. The lady doesn’t speak any English and despite using a translator she made many mistakes packing the wrong chocolates. In addition at home in Germany I discovered after having paid over 500 euros that not all boxes had been packed and some were even missing , which were supposed to be a present for my clients!!!!! Calling the shop several times, I was always told to call later again with zero support or compensation....
