Nous avons acheté une machine Jura il y a 2 ans chez Caffe Mobile. Très bons conseils reçus, la machine correspond parfaitement à ce qu on cherchait. L accueil au magasin à été très sympathique. Il y a qques semaines, la machine Jura E8 a fait un bruit légèrement différent du bruit habituel. J ai rappelé Caffe Mobile qui m a conseillé de la ramener au plus vite car on était à quelques jours de l expiration de la garantie. Caffe Mobile s est chargé du renvoi vers le fabricant et je suis repassé la chercher 2 semaines plus tard. Gros étonnement sur place : un défaut de fabrication à été identifié par Jura. Sans hésitation ni aucune discussion, ils ont remplacé la machine par un modèle identique E8 neuf !
