Solaria Villas - Gold Standard Certified! — Local services in San Pedro Town

We had a group of 14 that traveled to Belize for a family vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. There were adults, teens, a couple of children and 1 infant. ||We loved Solaria Villas. They felt private and safe, very relaxing and totally met our lodging needs. The living room/kitchen area was quite large which worked for all-family gatherings. The swimming pool was a definite highlight, especially for the teens on the day it rained cats and dogs! ||These villas have unique construction and decor. We enjoyed them, even the large spiral stairs! Danny and Kerwyn worked hard every day to keep the grounds groomed. They were very helpful answering questions about their home country. ||Solaria Villas has a good location, about equal distance to San Pedro and Secret Beach. ||This property is managed by Sunrise Property Management and they are excellent and so service oriented! They are so helpful answering questions. We appreciated them arranging excursions, setting up the golf carts we needed, and booking our Tropic Air flights. ||I'd go back...

We had a great trip to Belize, with 14 of us staying at Solaria Villas. These are great houses for families. The setting is quiet, private with good proximity to San Pedro and Secret Beach. The houses were set up perfectly for our families. We totally enjoyed the private swimming pool.

Simon and his team at Sunrise Property Management are amazing and so service oriented. Questions were answered immediately. They outfitted the houses with baby cribs and high chairs for our use. Andy they were so helpful setting up excursions, arranging golf carts, and providing transportation from Tropic Air to Solaria Villas.

This is the second time I've stayed at a property managed by Sunrise and both times service was top notch!
