Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop! I recently visited this shop as a tourist and was shocked to find that they charge double the amount from tourists compared to locals. When I brought this issue to their attention, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. It's unfair and unethical to overcharge visitors, and their attitude was unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. There are plenty of other places where you'll be treated with respect and charged fairly. Don't waste your money here! बहुत ही खराब अनुभव - इस दुकान से बचें! हाल ही में मैंने एक पर्यटक के रूप में इस दुकान का दौरा किया और यह जानकर हैरान रह गई कि वे पर्यटकों से अन्य दुकानों की तुलना में दोगुना शुल्क लेते हैं। जब मैंने इस मुद्दे पर ध्यान दिलाया, तो कर्मचारी बेहद अशिष्ट और उपेक्षित थे। पर्यटकों से अतिरिक्त शुल्क लेना अनुचित और अनैतिक है, और उनका व्यवहार अस्वीकार्य था। मैं दृढ़ता से सुझाव देती हूँ कि इस दुकान से बचें। और भी कई जगहें हैं जहाँ आपको सम्मान के साथ और उचित कीमत पर सामान मिलेगा। यहाँ अपना पैसा बर्बाद न करें!

Thimphu Handicrafts Market is an authentic place to purchase ethnic handicraft products of Bhutan.

Many kiosks line up at the center of a steep street. So it is preferable to start the walk from the highest point and then move downhill. That also eliminates the need to go over a big divider.

Some of the offerings are uncommon. However, after visiting some shops, you realize the items are the same all over.
