Unfortunate that this location is so poorly managed that they almost NEVER have Cupuaçu. I don't really care for the poorly prepared, inadequately strained Acai or any of the garbage "options" that they push. They have a great location here and likely don't give a rusty red fudge because their net proceeds are sufficient as is. Other local Top Frozen locations have better, customer focused, management but are plagued with delivery issues. Many of the local motoboys, whether on the iFood platform or employed by the restaurants are reckless, stupid and lazy. Very typical of the males in South America. I've been to this place multiple times with its great location right beside the Amazon Theater. For a 500 mL cup of açai (or mixed with cupuaçu) with 3 toppings and a sauce or R$17, the price can't be beat. Do note that at night, they run out of certain fruit, especially kiwi and papaya, so come early in the day/afternoon for these toppings.

The dining space is lovely with both an upstairs and a downstairs that are well-maintained and clean.

Resenha... Booora... Não se deixe enganar pelo rótulo. A unidade TOP FROZEN do Largo São Sebastião é uma excelente escolha para quem busca um bom açaí e uma cafeteria alternativa. O cardápio é extenso, diversificado e repleto de opções deliciosas.

Optamos pelo básico: Açaí Frozen com leite condensado e acompanhamento de morango, duas tapiocas, uma simples e uma marguerita (que foi sensacional, mesmo para alguém que geralmente não aprecia "marguerita"), acompanhadas de café e chocolate quente. A tapioca é aveludada, muito saborosa, bem temperada e de tamanho padrão. Gostamos tanto que repetimos o pedido. As opções são vastas: açaí frozen nas versões açaí, cupuaçu ou misto (disponíveis em copo ou barca), salgados, tapiocas, crepiocas, sanduíches regionais e muito mais.

Ambiente: O ambiente é muito agradável e familiar, com uma vista incrível para o Teatro Amazonas e climatização adequada. Praticamente todo o espaço é instagramável, proporcionando ótimas oportunidades para fotos em qualquer direção.

Atendimento: O atendimento é bom. É importante mencionar que não há serviço à mesa: você recebe o cardápio e faz o pedido diretamente no caixa, com pagamento no final. No entanto, os atendentes são simpáticos e atenciosos, estão de parabéns!

Estacionamento: Por se tratar do Largo, não há estacionamento próprio. Existem as vagas azuis do parqueamento do Centro e o estacionamento do Teatro Amazonas, que fica quase em frente à sorveteria.
