Lets make this funny.....we came here as a large group excited for a quality “Italian” meal (or maybe it’s French... it’s actually quite confusing). Our disappointment turned into laughter as dish after terrible dish was brought to the table. How could one kitchen get every dish so wrong? The food was so bad...I actually poured my glass of wine back into the bottle before asking for a refund. The food was both unidentifiable and unpalatable. Italy mourns the use of its cultural identity. Ultimately we decided it was one of the worst meals any of us have had in a decade. The only redeeming quality being the laughter we took away from the experience. From bizarre taste to no taste... it ran the gauntlet of properly atrocious. We were seated at the restaurant and after that our order was never taken. They intentionally ignored us until we left. I speak fluent Portuguese so there was no language barrier, their customer service was just horrible. We were baffled by our treatment and our best guess is that they didn’t want to make food for us while they were transitioning between lunch and dinner menus. When we stood up to leave after 30 minutes of them ignoring us, they smiled and quickly opened the door as if they had achieved their goal. I’ve never seen something like this in the years I’ve lived in Brazil.

Very Rude Staff! Named PEDRO

This is my first negative review, but I have to mention that after spending a month in different places of brazil , this was my first encounter with a rude person. Specifically, one staff member at this restaurant.

We arrived in the afternoon when the kitchen was closed, and they only served snacks . From the minute we arrived he seemed uninterested and annoyed in helping us, which he made clear .
