Staffs- Front, engineer, floor manager do not listen or try to understand the problem but argue to prove they are right.
I asked the server to check the issue and asked her to tell me the price before opening the MacBook. However, without contacting me they went away and opened my MacBook. But they argued with me that he doesn't have any knowledge of any conversation with front server. But he and floor manager made me sure, that I was wrong every possible way and they do not have time to call me to confirm I want to give them permission to go ahead with work. According to so called 'apple engineer', they fixed the problem. The problem was that the track pad was not working. When I checked it, It wasn't fixed and I pointed this out. The engineer said that that was because he didn't have the password and couldn't check it. He had clearly not done anything. I was still forced to pay 50$ as per receipt without resolving any problem with my MacBook. My keyboard and trackpad still do not work, according to so called apple engineer ,he fixed the issues and it was working. However, when I opened the MacBook to check both keyboard and trackpad still do not work. When I challenged the engineer and floor manager, they told me that it has fixed and i am wrong even i opened my MacBook in front of them to check if thats working. Bear in mind, to login to MacBook you still require to use keyboard and build in mouse. Funny part is, floor manager sent the engineer home, ask me to pay and also ask me if I want to come back to fix the mac and he will change 50$ again.
