We booked two ocean front rooms with the hotel directly and when we arrived we were told our rooms had been cancelled, then when we disagreed they said we'd booked for the wrong dates, then when we showed them the correct dates on the confirmation with their letterhead on top and sent from their hotel manager we were told it was that our credit card had not gone through the day before? We never received a phone call, email, text, anything to notify us of any problem with our reservation. They explained all they had was a suite for $250, our original room rate was $185. and a second room which smelled so bad I wouldn't let my dog stay in it. Alternatively they said they could call us a cab! Unbelievably bad customer service Four of us shared the suite with a bedroom and pull out couch, we were also told we could only have three people in the room! Not sure if they were trying to scam or upsell us or if they are just incompetent. I'd rate the cleanliness of the place at the...

We stayed at the Village Cay BVI Hotel for four nights in condo #6. Here's my thoughts on our experience.||Pros: The hotel is conveniently located a block from the main street and within walking distance to various restaurants, including the one at the hotel. The condo (#6) was large with 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 baths, a dining area, and a complete kitchen including a coffee maker and toaster. It had a spacious balcony overlooking the marina, although a large tree blocked half the view. ||Cons: The furnishings in the condo were very tired. The sofa had lost all the stuffing and we had to sit on multiple pillows to give us elevation. The king-size mattress in the bedroom we used was thin and lumpy. Four nights of sleeping on it was enough for our backs! ||If the owners put a little money into better furnishings, this would be a...

Where do I begin. We came across the Village Cay on the way to our ship. Two of us ordered the honey fried chicken. Portions were fair, price reasonable, unfortunately one of the fried chicken breast were frozen inside! Raised a complaint and were battered off by two members of staff. Additionally they advertise free WiFi. However they gave out the password, which was wrong and rather than admit it was wrong they blamed "the Internet being rubbish" not the fact that the router wasn't accepting the password!

In short, not the best experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Edit: 24 hrs later... Downgraded my score further as the last 24 hours haven't gone well. Even though the bits of chicken I actually ate were piping hot... The gastric distress and cramping I have had since has been awful, leading me to question...

Booked the executive suite which has a great view of the marina. Check-in was great and people lovely. Was disappointed at the bar, ordering 2 short glass cocktails which came to $26+tip. Spoke to some locals who said that was a crazy price even for BVI. Rooms are what you would expect for BVI which is a little dated and worn. Did wake up in the middle of the night to hear music blasting like it was in our room. So if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to find another hotel. Overall location is great with easy access to shopping.

Cancelled this reservation nearly 3 weeks ahead of time and they never refunded my money... Tried reaching out to them to verify the cancellation at least 15 times but the dumb phone system won't recognize when you enter a number in the directory. We never stayed here. If you refund my money I will be more than happy to leave a good review. Thank you

Have a layover before heading to Jost Van Dyke in the AM. Cute little hotel, bar, restaurant along the docks. Friday happy hour included fritters, soup, quesadillas, mini carrot cakes and a spiked melon drink. Definitely check them out if you're staying a night in Road Town!!
