China Palace — Restaurant in Brampton

The environment was nice but we had a few concerns as the service was very poor meaning that it took long for the waiter's to check back up on us to order our food also taking more longer for our food to come out. We ordered 2 appetizers which was only wings and dumplings which took a long time to come out even upon asking the waiters about the food it still took some time. They took a long time to bring the food out for the wings to taste decently okay but unfortunately to overcooked and dry aswell as the dumplings which tasted good but to be burned. I've tried the dumplings in the pass and they were cooked good and tasted so good and wanted to try them back after a while of craving it from that spot to later be a little disappointed in how much time we gave them for the food to be either overcooked or burned. We also got the manchurian chowmain which saved the experience as it was very flavorful and tasted very good. As for the prices, it has definitely raised causing most items to range from $14-$20+. For a better understanding we got manchurian chowmain,dumplings,fried wings,2 beers, china palace fried rice which all came out to roughly $88 and change. I highly recommend anything manchurian or china palace style! And if you could afford to add dumplings to your order I'd suggest you would but hopefully this is a one time experience as we are a fan of this restaurants manchurian and china...

No more chances We have t been to this restaurant for about 6 months but happened to be in the area and the family was wanting to go for lunch The service was ok The food came out fairly quickly The spring roll was mild. (Note: on a previous visit the spring roll was delivered still frozen ) and the food wasn’t hot. The flavour was very mild compared to the other restaurants in the franchise. The portions are also less, especially the soup which also could have been warmed up The place was not busy, there were only about 9 other people in the whole restaurant So I was waiting for the person to come over with the bill. Nope not happening .. so I had to go to the counter and get my bill then pay Like I said. Not busy, no line ups. Then she asked if I was paying for everyone. Really ? How to kids pay.

In closing. This restaurant has got to go through some major changes. They do not have the patronage to be lazy. They have to create good memories so people will want to come back As I mentioned, the other franchises are busy and the staff is always moving. But they always take the time to say hello and talk about the meal

I've been ordering from this location for a few years but today has definitely changed my view of this restaurant location. I called and placed an order under a name, 3 items. 45 mins later upon arrival to pick up, we were told they do not have our order. After advising them of the order multiple times, they did nothing to now try to assist me as a customer confused as to how they do not have my order. They didn't even offer to make it right away! Finally, after the workers consulting each other, they asked what my order was. One of the workers then mentioned, sometimes the elderly worker gets orders confused!?!?! After providing them with what our order was, they whipped it up within 12 minutes. They didn't even offer to discount or a credit for the inconvenience as now my dinner is 1hr late and I've spent the past 45 minutes waiting for food. And cherry on top, after opening the order, turns out the order was all wrong! The only item that was correct was the chicken fried rice! I am appalled at the lack of customer service especially after being a long time customer. I love the food but I would reconsider going to this specific location going forward! Very...
