Recently purchased a basket of tomatoes and there was no way they were field tomatoes as advertised. Every one was perfect and a week later show no signs of ripening. The flavor is non-existent. On another occasion we saw a stall where there was a clear difference with some of the produce. While some looked farm grown and natural, others were photo-perfect and looked like they came from a grocery store. Take a good look at what you’re purchasing as not all produce seems to be local...

It was Friday early afternoon, so it was quieter than normal. Beautiful produce, baked goods, meats, drinks, soaps, flowers, plants, and more. Fresh Ontario strawberries, rhubarb, and asparagus already in a number of stalls-yum. Chowed down on some just-pick grape tomatoes and sampled butter croissants. Great spot. Fresh produce, plants and flowers. Excellent selection of cheese, great pricing. (Cheese curds ✔️) some fresh baked goods, bread. Small meat selection, but some cured meats available. Jams, jellies and essential oil hand made items or gifts. Parking is usually not a problem, although earlier in the day is better, before the mall opens.
