I was buying gummy worms. They’re tasty then I saw Coca-Cola bottles and they’re even more tastier but now I don’t know what to get when I go there gummy worms, Coca-Cola bottles, gummy worms, or Coca-Cola bottles I saw I meant settled just to be clear on the Coca-Cola bottles. But while I was outside, I saw a scary ant. It made me jump. I didn’t know if there’s 1011 or two but maybe you should fix this problem a message from the pedestrian of Canada. Sorry for the photos just wanna brag about my victory royale if that’s OK.

The produce in this place is of the worst quality I have ever seen. Some items should not be even be for display let alone for sale as they are decomposing. It is disgusting. Management should be fired.

This is acceptable to sell to people? You should be ashamed of yourself. Too bad this location is shutting down- I mean surely the elderly in the area love paying for literal compost.

I’d like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your store. At one of the checkout counters, a woman wearing a niqab was working, and I was informed that she could not handle alcohol due to her religious beliefs. While I fully respect religious accommodations, I was surprised that this limitation directly impacted the service I received, as I had to be redirected to another register.

I believe all customers should receive consistent service at any checkout counter, regardless of who is working. If certain products cannot be handled at specific registers, I would suggest clear signage or another solution that doesn’t inconvenience customers.

I am raising this not out of disrespect, but because I believe that when someone is hired to perform a public-facing role, their responsibilities should be clearly aligned with customer expectations. I would appreciate it if this feedback could be passed along to...

Not happy... today was by far the worse customer service I have recieved in a long time. Just after 345pm I purchased 3 boxes of drumsticks for my team. I cashed out on register #5, we're I was not greeted by the cashier working. In fact I put down the items I was buying, moved to the debit machine area and waited for her to finish a text message, which was more important than work apparently. No hello... no nothing. She didn't make eye contact with me till she informed me of the total. If I could give less then 1 star I would. I will be making sure to tell everyone about my experience today and I hope this convinces others to never waste there time here. I work customer service everyday and I have never finished a text when someone was waiting for my help or attention. Attention management, re think your hiring process cause someone who leans and texts instead of seriving your customers probably wasn't the...

Good location, prices are decent, and usually have stuff in stock.

Other than often finding long lines (sometimes into aisleways) and many open checkout counters, my biggest issue is maybe 30% of time I find at least 1 item scans in higher than the shelf price. Since you have to bag your own groceries, and following health regulations by having 1 person checkout (and bag at a time), it is difficult to be mindful of waiting customers while checking to make sure groceries ring in properly before bagging groceries. Doing this can increase checkout times by a good 5-10 minutes depending on your volume of items getting rung in.

Over the years shopping here, I have never had an instance where the item was lower than the shelf price, always higher... and 30% of the time is...
