Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

Have ordered many times from this place always in store. This time tried delivery, (the gentleman barley spoke English) My order was 2 panzarotti and medium pizza. They sent me two large pizzas and my medium pizza. I called back and asked them to send me what I ordered and she gave me a hard time. In her words said "can't you just be ok with the order". Well I paid for two large pizzas that are worth more than a panzo so I wanted my money back and for them to make it right. After chatting back and forth for a while she finally said she will send me what I originally ordered. I was very happy and told her thank you for making it right. So 20 min went buy and the driver gets here. Says give me the pizzas and I will give you your panzo. Well I told the guy my husband ate a slice waiting for the panzos (we are hungry lol) and he said he wants them back. Ok I gave them back he opened both pizzas and stormed off. Thought we were done at this point. Then I get a phone call from the lady. She's yelling at me saying why I ate a slice (lol) really? ?? I said why ....are you going to, resell this pizza to someone else ? She says yes. That's gross. So after she's done yelling at me I simply stated we will not be returning customers from this point on. Terrible customer service! and gross...

so a little history i have bought napoli's for over a decade, sometimes we would order more than once a day but i will never order pizza from them again. they have become a rip off and a scam. i ordered 2 medium pizza's should be 18.99 and 2 dipping sauces should be .75 a peice so all together the lady on the phone said it would be $20.54.

well when it showed up at my door it was $28.13 the delivery driver said it was because of one thing and when i called and complained the lady on the phone said it was another. she refused to do anything to help the situation and actually repeatedly blamed me, saying i didnt know what i was talking about. i was more than insulted, i was furious

one of the reasons im so angry was i ordered this exact meal last week plus 4 drinks and it was either the same amount of money or actually cheaper. theres no explaination of the 8 dollars extra they charged me at the door and their reciept is hand written and no where to see extra fees they've added to your bill.

its great pizza, if actually charged you right like they were supposed to, it would be a decent pizza place. stay away you will regret ordering from this...

Thoroughly disgusted with this place. A couple weeks ago my girlfriend and I ordered a wing and pizza combo from this place only to find a bee on the wing that the my girlfriend had just taken a bite of. This might be somewhat acceptable in any other case but my girl friend is deathly allergic to bees (they don’t let you post pictures on the reviews but I would if I could!)... So immediately we called back in and the (female) manager offered to give us the same meal for free the next time we came in or she said that we could come in to get our money back that day. We decided to just wait and give them another try and said we would just come in next time for the free meal. We went back today to get what they had offered... Upon getting in there to pick up she changed her mind and only offered to give us the wings for free... in the end I should have just went back in to get my money back on that day but I really thought that they would understand customer service and live up...
