As my first time goer to this Shopping Mall, I found several, and countless things. I am not a shopper unless I have to be. I don't consider even coming here until I have something to purchase, so let's get started.

First off, the mall is clean and very generic, as opposed to super malls, located mostly in major cities around the globe. I however will not compare them, since everyone has different shopping experience. The mall, as I said it's very elongated, from one end to the other, and has 2 floors, UPPER LEVEL is at street level and LOWER LEVEL, is below the street level. Food court is located on UL and offer variety of foods, NY Fries, Timmy's, and Greek just to name few. (I will not give review on each since I don't frequent them very often). Aside from all those it's just very simple mall, with retailers and Customer Desk is very helpful and friendly. Maps are always at the entrances, but you don't have to use the map if you know where you're going. The mall is small so finding your way around is very simple.

On second and final note, from my experience, I don't really care much for malls unless I'm shopping for specific reasons. I see people just aimlessly walking around, and I find this part of life very boring, and being part of social convention I just do not find it very important for life.

That said, it's amazing mall, clean small but big (it looks bigger when you actually enter the hall) and store are curtious, friendly and...

I’ve lived in Hamilton for the last 7 years and haven’t visited the mall except for the Apple Store a few times. During my visits I have found it very difficult to maneuver the mall because of the escalators. There are up-and-down escalators at each end of the mall and escalators in the middle, but those are either up or down, not both. It’s extremely frustrating trying to get to the second floor. I didn’t even realize that the mall had an elevator, as it just blends into the architecture and there are no signs. Today I visited the Apple Store again and had a couple of hours to kill while repairs were being done on my phone. So I decided to go and grab something to eat as well as look for washrooms. Wayfinder signage is practically nonexistent! There are only a few small signs directing patrons to washrooms or the food court. I needed to use the washroom, but sadly it was very difficult to find, as there was no signage at the entrance to the hallway leading to the washrooms. As for your food court, there wasn’t a sign at all anywhere around it to let patrons know that it exists. I’m really surprised that a shopping mall of this magnitude has these types of issues. At least put up some decent signage.

This mall is pretty big. The best thing is it is located with highway access. The Interior of the mall is well-lit with gorgeous skylights. The layout of the mall is pretty much a straight line, which makes finding things easy. However, that also means there aren't any shortcuts to get from one end of the mall to another. Variety of quality stores with more being added. They also got Decathlon here. Prices are good not too expensive. The parking lot is pretty big. There is parking both on the front side and back sides of the mall. They also got a Tesla Parking station. They are even close to Ikea. The food court options are pretty limited compared to malls like Square One/Sherway/Yorkdale. But, it looks like they’re opening more. One of the best malls in Halton Hills.
