The reason I’m giving 1 star isn’t because of the service quality, but because of the completely unreliable scheduling. I had an important event and booked an appointment for Friday. I was later contacted and told the employee had to leave early, and they asked me to come in earlier—which I couldn’t, because I was at work.

We rescheduled to Saturday, only for me to wake up that morning to a cancellation email, stating the staff was sick and wouldn’t be in. No offer to reschedule, no alternate location suggested, no compensation—nothing. Just a canceled appointment and no follow-up.
