UPDATE in response to Rocky Mtn reply - Further disappointed as in your reply below you said you contacted me. This is untrue - I received no such call and have no missed calls. The reason I spoke to someone in the store is because the driver had me on the phone, and mentioned the staff were quite rude to her. You also said below you tried to provide me with an alternate product - also untrue. I'm ordering chocolates for my mom for mothers day - of course I would have accepted an alternate product!!

Very disappointed in my experience. I ordered chocolates to be delivered from the Rocky Mtn Chocolate website to be delivered to my mom for mothers day. I got a call from the driver indicating they cancelled my order because Rocky Mtn didn't have what I ordered. I received no notification, and no options to replace my order, and this is all before I even received a refund. Rocky Mtn proposed zero solutions except to try to order online again - absolutely not! that's what got me in this place in the first place. If they can't handle keeping up with the delivery then it shouldn't be an option on their website. Now my mom will be sad that she thinks her daughters didn't think of her on...

I stopped by Rocky Mountain Chocolate to find a birthday gift for a friend, and I’m so glad I did! They had so many great options at different price points, which made it easy to find something special no matter your budget.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through the selections and offering thoughtful suggestions. I ended up choosing the Salted Caramels and their version of the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Bar which was amazing!!

The chocolate was rich and creamy, and the pistachios were generously packed in, a perfect balance of flavour and texture. My friend loved the gift, and I’ll definitely be back for more....

They have high quality chocolate at reasonable prices. If you don't mind chocolates that don't look perfect, their deal on seconds is well worth the drive to pick up. They don't always have seconds so it's best to check before you go, if you're looking for the special. Their no sugar added chocolates are delicious. I find a lot of sugar free chocolates taste terrible, but these ones are so good they almost taste the same as the regular ones.
