Mixed Feelings on My Samsung Frame TV from Vision Electronics I purchased a 75-inch Samsung Frame TV from Vision Electronics, enticed by its stunning design and smart features that promised to transform both my viewing and living room aesthetic. Alongside the TV, I opted for a 5-year extended warranty, expecting peace of mind and confidence in my investment. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn when an unexpected issue arose. Initially, I was overjoyed with the Samsung Frame TV's performance. The rich color output, sharp resolution, and innovative feature that allows the TV to double as a piece of art when not in use, adorned our space with both technology and style. Vision Electronics provided a smooth purchasing process with helpful staff, which added to the satisfactory transaction. However, a few months down the line, I encountered a significant problem. The TV's screen suddenly went blank; there was no picture, only sound. Naturally, I assumed this was a technical fault covered by my extended warranty and promptly reached out to Vision Electronics for support. To my dismay, after a review of the situation – which included a thorough examination and pictures I provided showing an unbroken screen that nevertheless failed to display images – Vision Electronics classified the issue as 'physical damage.' As a result, the extended warranty would not honor a repair or replacement. This decision left me in a difficult position. While the TV itself has been delightful for its design and functionality when operational, I now face either a costly repair or the prospect of a silent art piece, with the absence of any visuals. This outcome was puzzling given that the physical integrity of the screen in the pictures clearly showed no sign of damage or misuse. While I understand that warranties have their limitations, it was disappointing to find out that what seems to be an internal issue was outside the scope of the extended warranty coverage. This experience has brought to light the importance of understanding the fine print of extended warranties and questioning what is genuinely included before making a purchase decision. In closing, while the Samsung Frame TV from Vision Electronics offered a blend of elegance and high-tech entertainment, the post-purchase support and warranty service have certainly dulled the initial shine of this buying experience. I would urge potential buyers to consider not just the aesthetic and technical specifications of the TV, but also to carefully review the warranty details and the retailer's customer service reputation to avoid any unwelcome surprises should issues arise.

I don't live near a Visions store so I had to travel pretty far to get to this one, but it was worth it.  Nice store, great service, and most importantly it had a product I wanted…the new GoPro 13 action camera.  It's a camera that even Best Buy didn't carry, which was surprising.  The prices at Visions are competitive and they have a nice selection of action cameras, which is what I was interested in.  Visions also carries a lot of Insta 360 cameras, like the Ace Pro, which is great because it's hard to find a store where you can handle a camera  before you buy it. Visions also carries a nice selection of camera accessories and gear related to social media content creation.  All very good for those who are trying to make a few bucks with a side hustle online.  Which seems like everyone nowadays. This is a big one.  When you call Visions an actual human being will answer the phone and talk to you.  That was amazing.  Even better, the people at Visions are kind and helpful.  I spoke with KP and he was very nice.  He was quite knowledgeable and held the GoPro for me until I got to the store.  Which was very cool.  So overall I was impressed with Visions.  I just wish I lived closer to the store.

Visions will replace my 36 inch Refrigerator to 30 inch refrigerator with Extended Warranty. Sounds Right?????

Please read my review how they are cheating to customers.

When sales person recommends to pay ESP to you, don't pay for the extended service plan as ESP. Actually, Don't buy anything from Visions because Items & ESP are not cheaper than other place and ESP is garbage. They are cheating with ESP to customers.

I purchased 36" refrigerator on black Friday 5 years ago with ESP. My refrigerator had something wrong at last summer. We reported to Vision about it. Technician came to our home to check problem. He told us. Our refrigerator is not economical to repair. He said, he will report to Visions about it. We were waiting for couple months, and finally, they phoned us just after black Friday. We've visited Visions and sales person showed me cheapest refrigerator Its size is 30". No filtering water! No ice maker.!!!

I complained about it. Mine is 36 inch as the biggest size one with filtered water and ice maker. He said, it is based on my purchase price.

Wow based on 5 years ago price with black Friday hot deal ? How about inflation???

I was waiting for their call for couple months after report. I was very wondering, why they contacted me just after Black Friday?

Anyway, the sales person said, he understood about our complain so he will send mail to the warranty department about it.

We were waiting and waiting..... Yes, Boxing day, Boxing week over too.

I just phoned him today as Jan 7 2023. I asked him what is going on. He said same thing again they will replace it based on purchase price. I was very upset about it. I told him, check about ESP Policy, coverage period, 2(a) at your website. It is saying, should be replaced to similar unit at no charge!!!. He told me Visions has no more similar unit as mine. That is why 30inch is the replacement option.

(HAHA. I already checked their website there were couple similar units as mine!!! Yes, price is not similar as mine because Those are Regular price!!! My refrigerator price is based on 5 years ago and it was black Friday super hot deal!! Now what? 2022's Black Friday, boxing day are gone!!)

Anyway, sounds like he already got an answer from warranty department but he didn't phone me for long time. I asked him, why he didn't give a call after he got reply from warranty department. He said he is waiting second answer from the department. Why he didn't let me know? and waiting for second answer? I can't believe him!!

I told him example with TV instead of refrigerator. If I purchased 75 inch TV 5 years ago with super hot deal on black Friday but TV is not working and it is not economical to repair so Visions decided to replace my TV to new one. Electronic price went up in 5years because of inflation and there is Chips issue too, so TV price is more expensive than 5years ago and no more good deals because Black Friday and Boxing days gone. Visions tell me they will replace my 75 inch TV to 50 inch TV because based on purchased price.

I asked him, is it sounds right?

It is really non-sense. It is cheating.

He didn't want to talk with me, so he gave me phone#. He said, talk to them.

Anyway, Visions' ESP is a garbage. Cheating. Scam!!! This is really really cheating!!! They don't follow their policies.

Visions must keep promises as their policies to customer as what they saying at their website or to customers verbally a lot.

Everyone, Please check ESP Policy at Visions' website Read 2 (a) under Coverage period section. Who is lying. me? or Visions?

My recommendation is, Don't buy anything from Visions. If you need ESP for you electronics, or any appliances, you already know where is the best place.

After this review, I will try to search where can I report about this cheating.

If anyone know where can I report about this,...

Stay away from this location!!! Reading some of the other reviews it is obvious that this store has horrible customer service.

This is the second time I've had issues with this location. I gave them another chance but the second experience was even worse than the first. My wife bought me a remote car starter back in November for my birthday as I would be traveling a lot for work this month.

She booked an appointment for an install today at 10 am. She showed up at the store and was told that the sales guy (Connor) had forgotten to book the appointment. My wife stressed how much we needed to get this done today as I will be traveling and we even got childcare for our baby today as I had to work. They said they couldn't do anything as they are booked up as if it was our fault that his happened. They were quick to offer a refund but my wife knew how important it is to get it done so she felt forced to book another date until she can speak to me. I then spoke to the manager Joey or Jawd over the phone and explained what happened. He said the same thing that they cant do our install at this location and other locations. Again, he was quick to offer a refund which makes it apparent that this happens a lot there so this is their go-to solution. I then asked for a Regional/District Manager or Home Office Contact info but he refused right away stating that the Regional Manager "doesnt do anything", "dont have his contact info" right after he just said to me that he reached out to the Regional Manager, followed up by "can't give you his contact info". I kindly asked for the contact info was given the run around, this went over multiple phone calls for some reason which is obviously an even more waste of our time. Eventually I got tired and said that I will reach out to someone above the store level myself.

I had a similar incident previously when I bought a car stereo for my wife. Both times were for special events that we wanted to celebrate and both times were a total disappointment. A true example of poor customer service. Will not be going back there and I strongly suggest that you go somewhere else for...
