Even after getting a response here and emailing the email given, I have yet to receive a response back. Really unprofessional
I tried reaching out to the general manager but after no response, I am choosing to share our experience here.
There were multiple issues throughout our visit. From the start, it took quite a while to place a drink order. When my husband tried to order two Bellinis, the server declined, saying it was unnecessary due to the alcohol content. Our drinks often sat empty as we waited for a chance to reorder. When we tried to place our food order, she only took the children’s orders, leading to a delay in ordering for the adults and resulting in staggered meal timing.
Additionally, my sister-in-law requested that the children’s drinks come out with their meals, but they didn’t arrive as asked. I also asked to delay my children’s juice order until they were done eating, but the server insisted on bringing it immediately. When food arrived, there was no cutlery on the table, and when we asked, the utensils were brought without napkins and handled improperly by a team member.
Service didn’t improve as the night went on. There was no table maintenance—items piled up, and our main dishes were simply handed to the nearest person to pass along. Toward the end of the meal, my husband asked for a fourth Bellini, only to be told there was a “three-drink limit.” This felt unnecessary and personal, especially when the server shared her discomfort around serving alcohol due to a past experience.
In all, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and distracted from what should have been a fun family night out. I appreciate the chance to share this feedback and hope it’s helpful...
Read moreWent here for breakfast with my friend. The server took our order, got us our drinks, no problem. We both got the hearty breakfast with pancakes. The server brought us the breakfast but with waffles, which was clearly an error. When we let him know, he was defensive and said he heard us say waffle. I know for a fact I never said the word. I don't know what WS's policy is, but he took the whole plate back to get fixed. It would have been better to just leave the plates with us and get use pancakes. I've been in hospitality long enough to know, that was a bad mistake. After getting us the correct order, he left us alone, no water refills, no check ups, nothing until he cleared the plates.
As for the food, the pancakes were terrible. They sat under the light too long or something because the top of the pancake was dried and crispy. And they didn't taste very good. Eggs were well cooked, and the sausage was fine. The shredded hashbrowns however, were not good. They were too soft, and not as good as the ones at the North Road location.
For almost $20, i expect better from a chain restaurant that should have better consistency and systems in place.
I will never be back at this location. The bad service I would say is a fault of bad or lack of training, and perhaps management. This location seems to be inferior to...
Read moreBreakfast was very unsatisfactory. My dad and I went here for breakfast and our breakfasts were terrible. Pancakes were undercooked and pasty. Ordered over easy eggs, I don't know what their definition of over easy is but it isn't right. The eggs were not flipped over and cooked both sides and it was cooked medium to hard.
The worst part were the smashbrowns. Back when smashbrowns were created at white spot, they took a potato, smashed it and deep fried it. Now the smashbrowns are in little bits and pieces, hard as a rock and inedible. My father stabbed it with a knife trying to show the waiter how hard it was, when the knife managed to penetrate the rock surface it crumbled into pieces. That's the way the cookie crumbles I guess.
The staff gave 25% off and remade the order. Unfortunately they remade it into the same exact pasty, not so over easy, crumbly mess. In which the meal he couldn't eat was free.
Distraught with the food quality. Dissatisfied that they put out the order that looked terrible. And disappointed that they charged us for the rest of the bill since we had to go through all that....
