I recently had the pleasure of working with Chef Xavier for my 40th birthday dinner, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, the entire evening was flawless. The meal was exceptional—each course was perfectly crafted, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Every one of the 17 guests was raving about the food, with many calling it the best meal they've ever had!

What really stood out was Xavier's attention to detail and the ability to tailor the menu to my preferences, ensuring that every dish was exactly what we wanted. The service was impeccable, and the overall experience felt so personal and special. It’s clear that Chef Xavier is a true professional who takes immense pride in his work.

A couple of weeks ago, he provided 18 of us with the most delicious plated meal for my sisters wedding! He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with while building the menu. He arrived on time and extremely well prepared. He was happy and kind to all the guests while working in the home's kitchen... But the food was next level exceptional!! Everything was cooked to perfection, extremely flavourful, wonderfully presented and exactly as described. He gave descriptions of the dishes and and left the kitchen completely spotless when he left. His prices were very reasonable and we are already trying to find a excuse to have him back out for another meal 💯👌❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you, Chef Xavier for making an important part of her big day absolutely perfect...
