I’m very disappointed with my experience with Twisted Schweets. I reached out to them right after placing my order to update my shipping address, but no one ever responded. By the time the package was shipped, I had already moved. Because of the delay, we no longer needed the item — it was meant to be a craft activity for my daughter’s birthday party on the 18th — so we told the post office to return it.

Now the company is claiming it’s my fault for returning the item, even though the package was marked as successfully delivered to my old address, which I no longer lived at. We never received it and simply had it sent back. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the shipping cost.

This whole situation could have been easily avoided if customer service had responded to my messages or offered alternative shipping options, especially knowing there was a postal strike in Canada at the time. Very disappointing experience and poor...

Ordered online and received an expired gummy bear in a worn package that was warped and falling apart. It was a gift for someone so I requested a refund. Customer service was atrocious. I emailed, I called, and I even drove an hour to the store to return it and I still couldn’t get my refund or even acknowledgement of my complaint. Finally received my refund today after a week but only for half the purchase because they still charged me shipping, taxes, and a restock fee! Seriously disappointed. I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charges to get my full refund. They mailed me an expired defective product and expect me to pay $38 for nothing?? Was a cute store with lots of interesting stuff, but sadly I had a terrible first experience so...

Came for the first time on Wednesday Feb 12th; loved the selection. Some items were a bit pricey that I’ve seen at grocery stores for half the price. Appreciated that they make their own freeze dried candy! Saw they had posters all over the store advertising Valentines Day specials, sale items & promotions for customers starting on February 14th. So, I came back today, February 14th to shop again- & was disappointed to find their posters were all a lie…I checked the whole store for these Valentine’s Day deals/sale, & asked the cashier- he said “We don’t have any specials for Valentine’s Day” despite the numerous posters around the store.
