To say the least I would give this place a zero if I could I had ordered their butter chicken pizza which showed on the wall butter chicken so a butter chicken sauce with chicken chunks onions and green onions what I received was a pizza that was infested with something that I have a severe allergy to instead of green onions they littered it with green bell peppers an item that's not supposed to be on it in the first place I'll call and discovering and I called them to which they replied with oh you can come back and just get another pizza that's another which is awful because that's another half hour that I have to wait driving back and forth just so I can get what I was rightfully owed when asked if they could deliver it to me and we would swap them they refused when asking for a refund upon arrival I was given a hard time being told that I would not be issued a refund by the managers request or as the employees told me so because I asked them to give the manager my number and they refused because I wished to speak to the manager who clearly did not care about the situation at all if I consume green bell peppers I get severe heartburn and indigestion to the point where I am nearly incapacitated for at least two days before I'm back to my normal self because I have gastrological issues and they would rather save $20 instead of actively trying to keep customers this place is nothing more than someone's bankroll they do not care about customers they don't care about you...

The delivery driver " was a pizza maker and didn't have change " They refused to correct the issue and then used inappropriate tactics of leaving us on hold for 10 minutes , come back and say please hold again for another 10 minutes and repeat for a total of 50 minutes. When it finally got to the point of management actually being called the manager agreed they should be credited for the mistake and insisted a credit would be placed on the account immediately. I should not have been surprised when the credit was in fact removed and the customer was called a liar publicly online. Clearly the management and staff have absolutely no skills in customer service. Let this record show online that the customer you have accused of lying actually has video /recorded proof of what they ordered that is consistent with every single part of the "story " YOUR STAFF MADE THE WRONG PIZZA, YOUR STAFF TREATED 15 YEAR OLD GIRLS INAPPROPRIATELY SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THEIR AGE , YOUR STAFF SEND DRIVERS WITH NO MONEY FOR CUSTOMER CHANGE AND YOUR STAFF LIE. Read moreAfter ordering at 3:30pm the day of the Santa Claus Parade (parade started at like 5), our pizza didn’t show up until well after 5pm. When it did show up, it was cold, had obviously been tipped sideways and was missing the dip.
When I called the parade was blamed and I was told they would credit the dip. I said that wasn’t acceptable and asked to speak to the manager. After a plethora of excuses and repeatedly blaming the parade he finally says “well credit you” and hangs up.
Tonight I go to use the credit and I’m told (by the same manager) that I don’t have a credit and they didn’t credit anyone pizza that day. After literally giving an almost minute to minute timeline thanks to my emails and call records he finally says “I’ll send you the pizza at a discount”. If I hadn’t promised my daughter pizza and it was financially feasible this weekend for me to have paid full price elsewhere, I would have.
