Cascades Casino Delta: A Thrilling Entertainment Destination Cascades Casino Delta is more than just a gaming spot—it’s an experience! Since opening in 2022, this modern casino has quickly become a go-to destination for entertainment in Delta, BC. Whether you’re a gaming enthusiast or just looking for a fun night out, this place has something for everyone. Step onto the gaming floor, and you’ll find a vibrant mix of slot machines, classic table games like blackjack and roulette, and exciting electronic gaming options. The atmosphere is lively yet welcoming, making it a great place for both beginners and seasoned players. Hungry? Match Eatery & Buffet offers delicious comfort food and a lively sports bar vibe, perfect for catching a game or enjoying drinks with friends. If you’re looking for something more laid-back, the Summit Bar is a great spot to sip on a cocktail and unwind. What truly sets Cascades Casino Delta apart is its friendly and professional staff, ensuring every guest feels welcome. The space is clean, modern, and filled with energy—without feeling overwhelming. While it may not be as massive as some of Metro Vancouver’s other casinos, it delivers a well-rounded, high-quality experience. Whether you’re here for the thrill of the game or a great meal, Cascades Casino Delta guarantees a night to remember!

June 17, 2024, 11:45am: As I walked toward the restaurant, I noticed the buffet, which I originally came for, was closed. I then headed to the only open restaurant and saw a hostess at the front, crouched over at the podium, reading her cell phone. I stood there, unacknowledged, which set the table for worse things to come. After passing her without any acknowledgment, I took a seat, and a server greeted me. The initial server was pleasant in demeanor. However, when I asked for chicken without rice or French fries and requested vegetables like carrots or broccoli, she humorously told me that there were no other options. Twenty minutes later, a different server came and slapped the meal down, leaving immediately. For several minutes, there were at least five or six staff members milling around with only about five patrons in the large restaurant. Not once did anyone check on me. When I finally raised my hand/voice to ask for some salt and additional ketchup,a different server responded with a tone of resentment and sarcasm. The food was average, but the choices were very limited. The overall experience was very displeasurable. I will never return to that restaurant and do not recommend anyone else go there either.

Horrible horrible horrible! Selection of food was pretty meager. Wasn't worth it at all, the only thing of value was the roast beef and the guy carving was giving out pieces less than the size of half a dollar bill! I asked for 3 pieces and all 3 pieces added up to 1 normal slice! Only 3 stations (1 meager salad selection, 1 hot entrees mainly deep fried onion rings, etc. or pasta to fill you up and 1 for desert). Won't be going back. Hope you don't go or you'll be disappointed. I don't expect 5 star but for $28 and if I wanted junk, I could get 3 meals at McDonalds or stuff myself silly at McDonalds for that and the quality would be comparable!

I went to here with a very close friend to play some yugioh and I get why rules are established but if you treat me poorly and can't have the time to talk to me directly as a manager then I won't ever come back and tell others about a poor first time impression. I'm man who loves his country and they did not represent the kind and courtesy people that Canadians are known to be. This place has bs rules and a manager unwilling to at least tell us to leave themselves. This the second a casino has enforced this rule that we can play our card game in his business and I have a very large friend and family group as I have a legendary status of help others in their time and whenever they need a hand I'm there. If you treat your first time business customers like this, I will write an awful review to let others know and it's sad because the bar server and I had a great conversation. I was hope it was going a chill place so my friends could come back and play our card game, eat food and order drinks but now I firsthand this manager is too cowardly and the security staff are just his lap dogs. I would spent more time get to know me and my friend rather enforce a rule that is stupid because casinos used never enforce such a rule before. I'll never return to this casino again. I have friends in Delta that can to their house who are 100 times kinder and more wise to not just kick us out. Go somewhere else if you want go chill if you aren't looking to gamble. Better food and drink places exist. Screw this casino, I have friends and family with better manners and ethics than this. Good luck surviving in this economic with this horrible review on your Google reviews because I have 100s of friends in home province of BC and dozens of friends across several nations across the world and I will recommend night life or going else where for late night fun. I have a friend who does night club promotion and knows other places to go who also plays yugioh and won't come here based on my first time opinion a business. The first impression matters so much, I don't respect managers who enforce their goons like this. I don't intend be a Prime Minister of Canada who treats the average citizen, his friends and family the way I was treated. Professionalism or not I will never come back here or change my opinion of such a cowardly manager and I'm the type of person who fearless but careful lives his life because my words, thoughts and decision will affect millions of Canadians and other lives. Every mistake I do make cost people's lives. Businesses and their policies are changing and casinos are become less ideal to go have fun at. I only like casino because their staff know us well but it's a bit far however going forward will my group will only go there or plan to go...

Big meh! My mother and I came here for the buffet dinner on a Saturday. I don't know if this is the norm for them or if they had an off night, but this buffet was a disgrace to buffets lol. I'll start by saying its small, very small. I'm talking one counter of food and 3 desserts options (not including the sliced fruit or ice cream machine~which was out of vanilla but we'll get to that later.) We arrived early to line up and by the time we were seated and made our first pass at the buffet it was 735pm, buffet closes at 10pm.

So we get to the meat section where they had only the head of the roast pig sitting there. So my mother asks if another is coming out soon. "Nope, no more" was the response from the lady carving the meats. Sorry what? At only 730pm you've run out and don't have another coming? Like did you not expect it to be busy on Chinese New Year weekend? Big let down. The food that was available was bland and mostly cold. The prime roast they had was so tough I could barely cut it. When they would run out of things (such as the fried rice being constantly empty) it would take them ages to restock it. The "dessert bar" was left with only one cake option (out of 3) for around an hour. Sorry but how long would it take you to pull another cake from the fridge/freezer? The ice cream machine had both chocolate and vanilla although the vanilla side was out starting shortly after we arrived. The machine would beep to let you know to refill it however I personally witnessed a staff member pushing the button to get the beeping to stop but never actually refilling the machine 🤔 when I went to grab pop there were only 3 cups available on the tray, cutlery and napkins were low also. At one point there were only dessert forks available, no biggie but strange they're having this much trouble with the simplest of things. I will give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they are short staffed at this time. Either way short staffing doesn't excuse a sh*t buffet, with flavorless food.

For me personally I'd pay max $15 for this "buffet". For $30 you best go to the Riverrock buffet which is larger, the food actually has flavour, and is way better executed last time I was there (pre-covid.) Not to mention they have (or had before covid) crab legs among other seafood options on Friday Saturday nights....none of which this buffet had.

My two stars are for the nice lady at guest services who helped me get my encore card (lost my previous one) and for the gentleman checking ID at the casino.

I don't really gamble so can't leave a honest review about the casino other than it is pretty small and mostly slot machines. (We walked around it after dinner.) Probably...

Recently, I went to the matches restaurant and was enjoying our night even though it was a little dead for a Sunday. We ordered over $200+ of food and drinks, which was decent.

Unfortunately, in one of the dishes, our guests found a large piece of glass, which was ebarrarising and dangerous. It was given to the server immediately.

No manager had the courtesy to approach and appoligize, it was like pulling teeth to get anyone out of their office or so called pre existing obligations in a completely empty restaurant. I dont enjoy being confirtational but I did ask for a manager because it was a matter of principle, I waited 45 mins for a manager and thought i would receive humane service and get at minimal, some sort of appoligy but inturn some pompus so called random official to say they would give us $20 off based on the dishes we ordered, which was valued at $20..

At this point, keep your $20, not here for a handout.. no one cared, and it seemed like a regular occurrence based on their reaction.

I paid the ridiculous BS adjustments when I probably should have just walked out

Embarrising for your restaurant and how you treat customes.. my life is worth $20?, not being dramatic. Your management needs to get off thier asses and literally address customer concerns and practice food safety. I am in the food industry, and this is just dirty practice or complete negligence, and no person in management deserves to be there.. hire decent management. Would fire anyone like this in a second, and I'm a pretty forgiving employer.

Servers and bar staff were exceptional and deserved recognition regardless of the example of their absolutely garbage management staff are putting forth.

Hopefully, in the future, this establishment will take these matters a little more seriously and actually do something rather than just sit there and collect a paycheck.

Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I have pictures but would be happy with improvement in staff.

Owners and shareholders, please ask for past experiences and do rigorous interviews to get the best candidates so these garbage candidates dont slip through the cracks..

Good luck to you in the future and keeping...
