⭐ Zero Stars — Completely Unprofessional I placed an order because they promised my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes — I had an important doctor’s appointment right after, so timing was critical. 30 minutes later, there was still no pizza. Meanwhile, I watched the cook flattening the dough with his bare hands, which is not exactly reassuring.

When I asked to cancel my order because I couldn’t wait any longer, they flat-out refused and found it funny — they were actually laughing in the kitchen instead of trying to fix the situation.

Terrible service, no respect for customers’ time, and poor hygiene practices. I do not recommend this...

I requested a huge order to feed the amazing staff on the 3rd floor at grey number hospital. Everyone at the front counter was super helpful helping me pick out a delicious assortment of pizzas and at a great value. Great pizza and awesome service. It is funny to see many people put 5 star for this location, I don’t know how and why. I tried their food today, it was not a good experience. Pizza was not good, chicken shawarma was not good (which made my stomach upset later). No wonder why their place was empty and was not as busy as other next places. Will never ever...
