You keep repeating that you “took back the custom sofas.” Let’s be clear — that was an option you offered, not something we forced. One of the owners assured us that you could easily resell the sofas within 3 days, which is the only reason we agreed to return them. In exchange, we ordered a new set of sofas from your store.
At first, you outright refused to issue a refund. That’s why we placed a second order. Then we waited 10 WEEKS — with nothing but excuses and false promises. When it became obvious that you weren’t going to deliver, that’s when we asked for a refund. You eventually refunded the sofas, but not the insurance we paid for them. So now, we’re stuck with insurance coverage for furniture we never received. Completely unacceptable.
To be frank, this was the worst customer experience we've had in the 10 years we've lived in Canada. We don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this situation deserved one.
