Teapsy — Restaurant in Edmonton

I used to come here at least 2 times a week in the summer and the two girls there were always so nice and made such good refreshing drinks (especially their taro!) However, I’ve only started to see a guy with glasses working there now. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time in a row in which he made my drink and I ended up with horrible stomach pain and bloating. The first time was when I ordered a Taro Milk Tea, and I gave him benefit of the doubt, maybe they changed up their Taro or something that made me bloat. But yesterday, I ordered from the same guy, just a regular Milk Tea to avoid bloating again, and it was even worse. I had painful bloating and nausea for hours which lead to vomiting. I really don’t want to pursue any legal action towards this place because I really enjoy the drinks, but I do encourage to at least retrain this boba barista so no one else...

This is the second time dealing with the short haired young man. He doesn't seem happy to be there at all. He doesn't even say hello when you walk up to the counter. The other time I ordered 2 drinks. He only gave me one. I said no I ordered 2 drinks. He said no you didn't. I said yes I did. He made my other drink. Today going there I ordered a lychee bubble tea. He asked milk tea or fruit tea. I said milk. I got Green ice tea, lychee tapioca. It was not a tapioca bubble tea. Tastes nothing like lychee at all. Legit tastes like just tea. Disgusting. I will NOT go back if he's working. He...

I came here to get a drink cause I was craving bubble tea. I didn’t realize that they were closing very soon as it was a Sunday. Working in the service industry I get it. Me and the friend I was with did ask her if they were closed or about to close and she completely ignored the question, and said “what do you want”. If she would have said yeah we are soon we would understand and go elsewhere. I was not expecting to be disrespected like that here:( I don’t leave bad reviews very often....
