I’ve been calling them for 2 weeks now to bring in deer meat to get processed. They pushed it off a couple weeks which was no problem, i call the day before they said to come and they said yes no problem come between tommrow and the day after. I head over today and they said sorry we can’t take anything until 2 weeks. The guy that was at the back was so rude to my 60 year old father, basically screamed at him NO MORE ROOM. Wasted my time twice very unfortunate been coming here for decades won’t be anymore. Reply - No you were not “pleasant” with your reply to an older gentleman. We understand it’s day by day but we called 2 hours before closing the day prior and you guys said come tomorrow or the day after no need to call or anything. Super rude I don’t recommend these guys to anyone. It’s funny how your other 1 star reviews bring up the same thing on rude employees. Nothing to lie about man just own up to it as a business...

Phoned from Peace River to ask if they could take my game the next day and was told they would. While driving into Edmonton I phoned again and the lady told me they didn't have room any more. I explained I didn't have anywhere to hang my game over the weekend and could they make an exception. She said they couldn't and to leave the deer in the car as it was cold enough. So I did. Monday morning the owner, father of the lady I'd talked to, called my wife and informed her that I wasn't welcome at their store and not to come in. I phoned immediately to try to explain that there must be a mis-understanding and he hung up on me. I then left a note by their door apologizing if my conversation with his daughter was mis-construed. I never heard back. Unfortunately my meat shop I have been going to since I was a little is being real located. I decided to try this place for the first time. The beef jerky was absolutely awful (tasted like dog food) I wouldn't recommend it. I also bought some cabbage rolls, was it worth the $16.99 yeah probably not. I definitely didn't get my money's worth, Go to the Safeway down the street and get them !! The custome service was 50/50 the taller skinny girl was really nice she helped us. But the other wasn't..!! Didn't say hello as we walked in or asked if we needed help. Not to mention a lady came in to pick up a meat pack she gave her name and this girl just looked at the customer her really rude with a stupid look on her face and stood just looking at her for 40 seconds before helping her. So not professional !! I wouldn't ever go back to this place if it was the last meat shop...
