It’s a terrible shopping experience. I ordered the VAC vacuum head on web. It’s claimed to be delivered in 2 weeks. However, shipping doesn’t move at all and idle there for 3 weeks. After i sent email to check status, they found they didn’t provide necessary document for UPS. The information is not clear. There is hidden fee. It’s said free shipping. But it seems UPS want to charge extra fee before delivery. No one contact me about delivery. UPS website suddenly shows the package delivery was refused and is returning back. After 6 weeks chaos, i still don’t see any package showing up. I asks for order cancellation and refund. Seller said customer needs to cover shipping although the package was never delivered. The product never shows up at customer’s hand. So it’s not a return at all. It’s seller’s terrible shipping control and management. Seller wants customer to pay their mistake and cost. I have been in retail for almost a decade and very few companies offer this kind of customer service. The price including installation was very reasonable and his expertise was second to none.
