Ambiance: Great cozy and rustic decor. The music was not overly loud, in fact I can’t even remember even hearing music, which I find is perfect for a breakfast place. It had very homey vibes and I really liked the feel of the restaurant. Also, I felt very welcome considering the friendliness of the staff. Food & menu: Really tasty food with an innovative menu. However, I gotta say the size of the menu is very overwhelming and would recommend sizing down. Price: SP&P is one of the most reasonably priced brunch places in Laval. Service, wait time: We were greeted by a hostess who was super sweet and very attentive despite her young age. We were promptly seated and were served coffee instantly and had our cups refilled multiple times. Very fast service as well from the kitchen. Parking: There is a parking lot. It was full when I arrived so I parked on the street, which was not a problem.
Overall I really loved this restaurant and it might be my new favourite brunch place in Laval, competing directly with Coco & Co. Coco & Co wins on the potatoes but Sp&p has better price-quality and a more fun menu (example: Rolo pancakes)
Edit: I went back and had the potatoes with hollandaise sauce and cheese and they were amazing. Highly recommend! I also noticed they have additional parking in the back. This...

No air and smells Coffee mugs with coffee stains Every time, and I mean every single time coffee was served, it was fast and while pulling back it dripped all over the table and our plates. Salmon had a bad taste -My cousin's bagel was on my plate and I ordered Raw Salmon. When I asked the waitress why it's in my plate she said "well you can just give it to him". To be honest, I wasn't sure whether it was mine, a mistake or... My cousin purposely ordered a plane bagel because he's picky with food and does not like to mix much. Having it touch my raw Salmon was not appetizing for him not to mention he could have allergies. When I told the waitress, why did you take the decision of putting his food on my plate, she blamed the cook. I made the comment that he could have been allergic and her response "well you should tell us" I told her that's unacceptable. No accountability whatsoever.
I had gone to the place before and I like it. I'm never going back...
